Four died, one missing due to heavy rain, floods in northern provinces
Four people have died and gone missing due to prolonged heavy rains and floods that hit northern mountainous provinces over the weekend. Hanoi has maintained its position as the leading destination in Vietnam for foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first nine months of 2023, bringing in nearly 2.53 billion USD in registered capital and representing nearly 12.5% of the country's total.
