Vietnamese President values documentary series on ties with Cuba

Vietnam's President, Van Thuong, has stated that the country's relationship with Cuba fostered a special and beautiful relationship between the two countries. The documentary Two Hearts in One Heartbeat, which is part of the dossier “Vietnamese-Cuba Defense Relations, 60 Years of Construction and Development’s, was broadcasted by the Vietnam Ministry of Defense Television and received the National Foreign Information Award annually in the Asian nation. The series is also part of a series that was filmed in various locations in Cuba.

The connection between the noble revolutionary ideals and the desire to fight for independence, freedom and national liberation fostered sympathy and understanding between the peoples of Vietnam and Cuba, creating a special and beautiful symbolic relationship, he stressed.
